You know some people you can't make happy no matter what you do!! I have had a Rainsoft system for 2 years and I absolutely love it. I have never had anything go wrong and my money was well spent. There products are highly recommended.

They are Rainsoft's Worldwide and owned by different people. There might be those "bad" offices out there. But there are those "good" offices. Nobody is 100% perfect. It is human nature to make mistakes. I'm not saying scams.

It's like saying: I went to Best Buy and spent a couple thousand on a plasma and the it stoppped working. Im not gonna run around and say Best Buy is a bad place don't buy from them!!

DO your research before you buy and know they are independently owned!!

We had a guy come over last night and demonstrate everything. He was well-mannered, polite, and the dog didn't bark at him (which is a good sign). We felt in no way forced to sign a contract. I made him write out all the different stipulations that we agreed to on our contract and he gave us a copy. I'm a very un-trusting person and naturally document everything, so hopefully, we won't run into any problems, but if we do, I'll make their lives *** :-)
