purchased a $3700 unit in Florida. my salesman was wonderful and represented the company's researh well. the unit itself was easy to maintain and what a difference it made! My skin and hair never felt so good, I did not require conditioner on my long hair and very minimal lotion for my skin.

I am disgusted about the water here in Pittsburgh, Pa (new home) my clothing and dishes get an old stagnant odor to them freshly washed, I am sorry for those of you who have experienced a bad sales rep. But, I for one have used this product before and am about to purchase another!

Maybe people should give these salesmen a break... after all, this economy has been tighter than tight, and they are probably a bit frustrated with lack of sales. personally, clean water is so important with all the disease floating around and overuse of our countries waterways for refuse disposal... once you give this system less than one month's time you will be so grateful to yourself for making the right choice!!!!!

Sounds like you should blame your neighbor.

They are horrible. Made a mess installing the system that was way overpriced to begin with. They told me it was a today only offer. I refused at first then a guy called me the next day and offered it to me for about 1/2 price. I remembered a neighbor having one so I aid yes. When I finally got to speak to my old neighbor he said the system broke down 2 months after it was installed and they havent fixed it
