CommentI am a Rainsoft Sales person. Each of Rainsoft's over 700 offices are independently owned operated. Therefore each office is responsible for the service and repair of the units they install.
Our office has be in operation over 11yrs. Sure things happen from time to time, however RainSoft stands behind there products. If your local office isn't doing what it said or promised, contact the Rainsoft Factory to ensure a timely solution to your problem.
As long as I have been serving my customers; most if any complaints are easily resolved with a simple phone call. Our office believes in doing things right the first time and delivering on the promises we make as sales persons.
When a Rainsoft treatment system is installed and maintained properly, you can expect years of consistent great water

Written by rainsoft, on 26-09-2009 14:21 each dealer has several office, there are 3 through just 1 dealer here and we are going to open 3 more within the next 2 years. also miles. yeah good luck with your other systems, can you call me in a few years when your ecowater system breaks and they wont repair it because it has only a 3 year warranty. That way i will give you a system with a lifetime warranty and a system that lasts. Thanks looking forward to seeing you in a few years. |

They are NOT in all 50 states. Patrick, the price of getting RainSoft in your home is going to be between $5,200 and $7,500. Understand that the dealer sets the pricing, not the RainSoft factory. You would do much better shopping around for a similar/identical/better system. Google search Culligan, Kinetico and Ecowater. Ecowater manufactures all of the water softeners for Sears; very good units at a fraction of the price that RainSoft sells them for. |

I live in Florida and I think there are about 25 - 30 offices just in this state- and if they're in all fifty states - I think you're wrong richie. |
