great product. wouldn't choose any other company!In response to the original letter and any other unsatisfied customers....

I am a Rainsoft Sales person. Each of Rainsoft's over 700 offices are independently owned operated. Therefore each office is responsible for the service and repair of the units they install.

Our office has be in operation over 11yrs. Sure things happen from time to time, however RainSoft stands behind there products. If your local office isn't doing what it said or promised, contact the Rainsoft Factory to ensure a timely solution to your problem.

As long as I have been serving my customers; most if any complaints are easily resolved with a simple phone call. Our office believes in doing things right the first time and delivering on the promises we make as sales persons.

When a Rainsoft treatment system is installed and maintained properly, you can expect years of consistent great water

Are you saying they have only 130 DEALERSHIPS Richie - because if that is true than the 700 offices might very well be true as each Dealership ranges from one to fifteen offices. I live in Florida and I think there are about 25 - 30 offices just in this state- and if they're in all fifty states - I think you're wrong richie.
